Job Objective


The Tax Senior CPA provides accurate tax preparation and advisory services while building strong client relationships. With 1 to 4 years of experience, this role focuses on developing technical skills, applying sound judgment, and supporting the firm's mission of delivering personalized, high-value service.


Job Responsibilities


  • Client Service
  • Prepare and review Federal, State, and Local tax returns
  • Assist with tax research and planning projects
  • Support clients in business planning and analysis
  • Practice Development
  • Identify opportunities to provide value-added services
  • Deliver timely updates on tax and business issues
  • Administrative/Practice Management
  • Support partners in practice management activities
  • Learn and apply the firm's accounting technology platforms
  • Personal Development/Management
  • Stay current on tax law and accounting updates
  • Maintain CPE as required by state regulations

Education/Training/Experience


  • EA or CPA license required or in process or Equivalent Experience
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in public accounting
  • Familiarity with integrated tax/accounting software solutions
